RESERVATION TERMS

·  Our rates are based on two adults in a room. Each additional person age 13 and older is $10 extra per night. No additional charge for children under 13 (up to 4 in a room).
·  Rates reflect best available rate at time room-search. Rates are subject to change based upon availability.
·  There is a 6% state tax and a 5% county tax additional to all rates.
·  The first night's deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
·  The balance is due upon arrival by credit card or cash; a $50 credit card authorization for incidental charges is required at check-in. Personal checks or money orders are accepted for advance deposit only and be delivered within 30-days of arrival. No third-party credit cards are accepted for payment at check-in.
·  We have a seven-day cancellation policy (prior to arrival), this is strictly enforced. No refunds are given for late cancellations or early departures.
·  Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM.
·  Each room must be occupied by a guest 21 years of age or over.  Park Place Hotel does not permit excessive noise and strictly enforces underage drinking laws, as set forth by the State of Maryland.
·  For the enjoyment of our entire guest community, smoking is not permitted in your guestroom, balcony or deck. This policy is strictly enforced. Your room rate will increase by $100 per night if you smoke in the room or on the balcony. You may smoke on our oceanfront deck or at the pool.
·  Minimum stays from 2 to 4 nights may be required from Memorial Day to Labor Day and on holiday and event weekends. Call for details.
