While the hotel is closed for renovations, our reservation office will still be open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Our rates are based on two adults in the room from September 4 to May 24. From Memorial Day to Labor Day the rates are based on 4 adults. Each additional person age 13 and older is $10 extra per night.
Weekends are Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May through September, just Friday and Saturday all other times.
Rates may vary for holidays and events which include Springfest, Sunfest, and Cruisin'. Rates posted are for advance reservations. Rates will increase as occupancy increases, so book early to get the lowest rate. Rates and information are subject to change.
No additional charge for children under 12 (up to 4 in room). Rooms with 2 double beds sleep a maximum of 4 paying guests. Rooms with one king or queen bed sleep a maximum of 2 paying guests.
There is a 6% state tax and a 4.5% county tax additional to all rates. The first night's deposit is required to guarantee the reservation; the balance is due upon arrival by cash or credit card. Personal checks or money orders are accepted for advance deposit only. No third party credit cards are accepted for payment at check-in.
We have a five day cancellation policy, this is strictly enforced. There is a $10 processing fee for all timely cancellations. No refunds are given for late cancellations or early departures.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM.
Each guest age 18 years and under, not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, must present a $500 cash security deposit upon check in. This deposit is refundable at check out if the room is left in the same condition it was at check in and no rules are broken. Park Place Hotel does not permit excessive noise and strictly enforces under age drinking laws, as set forth by the State of Maryland.
All guest rooms are non smoking; you may not smoke in the room or on the balcony. This policy is strictly enforced. Your room rate will increase by $100 per night if you smoke in the room or on the balcony. You may smoke on our oceanfront deck or at the pool.
2 - 4 night minimum stays may be required from Memorial Day to Labor Day and on holiday and event weekends. Call for details.
